How to take the measurement?

The measurement corresponds to the circumference you should take around the middle of your dog's neck.

Take the measurement leaving 2 fingers between the neck and the collar to ensure greater comfort.

Collar size — Neck measurement

• 2XS: 18 – 22 cm
• XS: 23 – 30 cm
  
• S: 31 – 37 cm
  
• M: 38 – 44 cm
  
• L: 45 – 51 cm
  
• XL: 52 – 58 cm
  
• 2XL: 59 – 64 cm
  

Remember to measure your dog carefully to be sure of the size. Personalized products cannot be exchanged and there is an additional charge for adjustments.

• Remove charms before cleaning.
• Clean with water and mild soap.
• Dry with a cloth.
• Avoid abrasive products.
• Do not use a washing machine or dryer.

Designed for leisurely walks and daily use.
If your dog tends to pull hard, we recommend using a harness that distributes pressure better.

If your product has manufacturing defects (clasps, hardware, or assembly) within 10 business days of receiving your order, write to us and we will evaluate it for repair or replacement, as applicable.

The Signature Collar is designed for daily use and leisurely walks.

It is not recommended for:

• Constant, forceful pulling
  
• Dogs with a tendency to pull abruptly
  
• High-impact activities
  

For these cases, we suggest using a harness, which distributes pressure better.

If you wish to exchange it for a different size, color, or design, contact us within the first 15 days after purchase. The product must be in perfect, unused condition.

If the product is personalized, once the order is confirmed, we do not accept returns for changes in size, color, or design.

We recommend carefully checking the size guide before purchasing.
